Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical units in the Washington, DC area. The role requires an ADN or higher and an active RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience in a med-surg or similar setting.

You will provide comprehensive bedside care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with the care team to support discharge planning. EMR proficiency and BLS certification are expected, with opportunities across day, night, and mid shifts.

Qualifications

  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year nursing experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
  • Document all aspects of care accurately in EMR.
