Ascension Seton Northwest in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide full-time Day Shift care in Med Surg. You will implement and monitor patient care plans and serve as the primary coordinator across disciplines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, discharge planning, and adherence to clinical standards. A Diploma in Nursing with RN licensure and BLS certification are required; experience in a fast-paced hospital setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
• RN licensure must be obtained prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required or equivalent licensure.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
