Kindred Hospital San Antonio Central is seeking a registered nurse for long‑term acute care. You will plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care, coordinating with physicians, case management, and the nursing team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• RN licensure in the state of practice (or compact state).
• Postsecondary certificate/diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing or LTAC setting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, intervene, evaluate).
• Develop and modify nursing care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
• Discharge planning and coordination with interdisciplinary staff.
• Document care plans, assessments, and medication administration accurately.
• Supervise and delegate tasks within scope of practice and patient needs.
