Job summary

PRECISION HEALTHCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6-week Long-Term Care assignment in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care, assisting with ADLs, measuring vitals, and supporting mobility alongside the nursing team.

Shifts are 8 hours (days and evenings); local and travel options may apply. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ LTC or SNF experience, active NH CNA certification, and the ability to float between units in a fast-paced facility

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNA experience in LTC or SNF
• Active New Hampshire CNA certification in good standing
• Travel experience preferred
• Experience with geriatric residents and complex care needs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Must be able to float as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment giving resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation and repositioning for safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration and daily routines
• Follow infection prevention procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Provide compassionate care while respecting dignity and privacy
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
• Float between units as needed to support facility operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of CNA experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)


• Active New Hampshire CNA certification listed in good standing on the state registry


• Previous travel experience preferred


• Experience caring for geriatric residents and individuals with complex care needs


• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Certifications
