Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and on an ongoing basis.
• Document assessments and develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate care plans and changes to residents, families and IDT members.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and timely.
• Monitor and adjust care plans as residents' needs evolve.
