Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing basis.
• Develops care plans with the interdisciplinary team and communicates changes to residents and families.
• Documents care plans, changes in cognition, and regulatory requirements.
• Administers medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely.
• Notifies physicians using SBARR and maintains composure during crises.
• Assists residents with ADLs and answers call lights promptly.
• Performs required nursing documentation electronically and on paper.
