You will allocate staff according to policy, conduct rounds, document care plans, and work with charge nurses to address concerns, while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you will be working.
• 2 years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of long-term care experience or similar nursing experience.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards.

Responsabilités

• Assigns staff according to policies and distributes duties.
• Directs and manages direct patient care with sound nursing judgment.
• Completes rounds to assess residents and adjust care plans.
• Reports concerns to appropriate staff and documents shift reports.
• Develops and monitors care plans with Charge Nurses and physicians as needed.
• Engages in QAPI activities and ensures safety procedures are followed.
