St. Luke’s is a Five-Star, newly renovated Skilled Nursing Facility in Idaho seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care. The RN will administer medications, perform wound care, and assist residents with activities of daily living, while serving as a clinical resource for the care team.

What You Can Expect:
This Five-Star rated, newly renovated Skilled Nursing Facility provides care for adults who are unable to live independently due to medical or functional needs. Services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and end-of-life care. The facility is connected to a Critical Access Hospital and is part of a larger healthcare system, supporting coordinated patient care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for medication administration, wound care, and assisting residents with activities of daily living, while also serving as a clinical resource for other members of the care team.
