The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS where applicable, with BSN preferred. Schedule may include weekends and on-call rotations as needed to support patient care priorities.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license or compact/state license
• BLS certification current at hire
• ACLS if required by unit; renewal within specified timelines
• New graduate RNs with permit toward licensure acceptable

Responsabilités

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical or surgical conditions
• Provide safe, competent nursing care per policies and standards
• Provide professional leadership and supervision to nursing staff
• Coordinate with hospital staff and ancillary departments
• Possible weekend/holiday/evening/night/on-call duties as needed
