Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas or eligible via compact state license; temporary license allowed.
• BSN preferred; nursing education from an accredited program.
• Must maintain BLS and current certifications (ACLS, PALS, ENPC as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or procedures and provide nursing leadership.
• Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team and collaborate with hospital staff.
• May work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call as needed.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence in all interactions.
