ignoredontpost is seeking a Registered Nurse in Texas to lead nursing care for patients undergoing medical or surgical procedures. The RN will assess, plan, guide, and evaluate care, providing safe, competent nursing services aligned with policy and patient-centered care principles.

The role includes professional leadership, collaboration with the healthcare team, and potential weekend or on-call duties as required.

Formación

• Requires RN licensed in Texas or compact state; BLS required.
• Certification in ARC/AHA programs as applicable (CPR, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, TNCC/T-CAR).
• BSN preferred; Associate Degree or Diploma acceptable for entry eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing team and provide professional leadership.
• Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate nursing care.
• Ensure safe, competent care per facility policies and philosophy.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and ancillary departments; resolve concerns and conflicts.
• May require weekend, holiday, evening, night shifts or on-call status.
