Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking an experienced L&D Registered Nurse for a Rural Critical Access Hospital in New Mexico. The unit features 4 regular LDRP rooms, a triage room, and a well-baby nursery with Cerner EMR.

Shift pattern includes alternating 36-hour and 48-hour days, with a 7-on 7-off rotation. Candidate must hold NM RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications and have at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in L&D.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• New Mexico RN licensure required

Scheduling and Work Conditions

• Blocked scheduling allowed with a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
• Every other week (EOW) schedule
• No on-call duties required
• Task floating is required
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Guaranteed hours based on signed contract
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted initially; no RTO requests will be accepted afterward
• No time off approved around holidays
