Incredible Health Hospitals in Michigan are actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology for the Grand Blanc area. This role focuses on supporting radiology and interventional procedures with expert patient care.

The RN will assist radiologists, manage intravenous contrast, educate patients, and document care per hospital policies. Full- and part-time options are available, with a per diem schedule also offered, and a commitment to patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year radiology/ICU/high-acuity experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association.
• Strong understanding of radiologic and imaging procedures and safety protocols, including contrast media.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during diagnostic imaging examinations and interventional radiology procedures.
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents, addressing allergic reactions or complications promptly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care and risks/benefits of tests and contrast agents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care per hospital and departmental policies.
