Job summary

Atrius Health in Peabody, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide effective care delivery within Internal Medicine. You will use the nursing process, perform medication administration, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate ongoing patient care.

You will document in the EMR, participate in care transitions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient service and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted MA nursing license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• EMR experience and ability to learn EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships and educate patients and families.
• Deliver care per RN protocols and medication administration.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Document visits and clinical notes in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and staff mentoring.
