Job summary

Atrius Health West Roxbury Internal Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse (MNA) for full-time day shifts. You will deliver patient care, coordinate with the care team and manage transitions under RN protocols in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications include a state-approved nursing program, MA RN license and BLS. EMR experience is preferred; BSN is a plus. Competitive benefits and professional development are offered within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• EMR experience or aptitude to master EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective care delivery and management within Internal Medicine.
• Follow RN protocols including medication administration and chronic disease management.
• Perform clinical procedures and document in EMR.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Mentor nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement.
