Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant in front/back office or clinical customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient flow and scheduling for clinicians to optimize appointment availability.
• Manages clinicians' daily schedule, prioritizes walk-ins and add-on patients.
• Coordinates practice operations when clinicians are unavailable and ensures proper information is relayed to them.
• Reviews clinician mail and MyHealth messages; handles inquiries as appropriate.
• Supports care improvement activities and participates in departmental training and onboarding.
• May rotate between departments as a float and learn multiple areas.
