Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an Internal Medicine practice in eastern Massachusetts. You will provide comprehensive, longitudinal care coordination for a defined patient panel within a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care.

Requirements include an accredited NP program (MSN preferred), MA NP license, National Board Certification, and DEA/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP program (MSN preferred)
• Massachusetts NP licensing required
• National Board Certification required
• DEA registration or ability to obtain post-hire
• BLS certification where applicable

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive coordination of care for a defined patient panel.
• Perform examinations, diagnoses and treatment in a primary care setting.
• Oversee care plan development, including referrals and communications with specialists.
