Sinai Hospital in Baltimore seeks an experienced RN for pediatric and critical-care patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement tailored treatment plans and support families from admission to discharge.
Required: 1 year of RN inpatient pediatric or PICU experience, Maryland RN license, and BLS; PALS within 6 months of hire. Sign-on up to $20,000. Competitive benefits and retirement options available.
Sinai Hospital's integrated children's service gives RNs cross-unit experience across the full continuum of a child's care, from a 20-bed inpatient pediatric unit with hematology and oncology patients to a 6-bed PICU. The Tiered Skill Acquisition Model (TSAM) lets nurses build pediatric expertise at a steady, supported pace while practicing at the top of their license. The team partners closely with Child Life Specialists to deliver family-centered care.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN Inpatient Peds or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required.
Licensure: Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
Certifications:
BLS - American Heart Association required
PALS required within 6 months of hire
Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
