Job summary

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, with BSN preferred, and Maryland RN licensure. BLS and PALS within 6 months are required, with a pay range of $50.00–$52.50 per hour.

Sinai Hospital's integrated children's service gives RNs cross-unit experience across the full continuum of a child's care, from a 20-bed inpatient pediatric unit with hematology and oncology patients to a 6-bed PICU. The Tiered Skill Acquisition Model (TSAM) lets nurses build pediatric expertise at a steady, supported pace while practicing at the top of their license. The team partners closely with Child Life Specialists to deliver family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required.

Licensure: Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.

Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association required & PALS required within 6 months of hire

Pay Range: $50.00 to $52.50
