Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Registered Nurse for Pediatrics/PICU to deliver family-centered care to acutely ill pediatric and adolescent patients requiring intensive medical support.

You will join a 26-bed unit with dedicated PICU beds, working with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and support families through hospitalization and discharge, while advancing through a Nursing Career Ladder and earning ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required.
• Licensure: Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and critical-care patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and support patients’ families throughout hospitalization and discharge.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse - Pediatrics / PICU delivers evidence-based, family-centered care to pediatric and adolescent patients requiring both medical and intensive care.

Key Responsibilities
