Job summary

Qualifications
- RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days; ACLS must be AHA approved.
- ACLS required for Charge Nurses.
- One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
- Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization.
- Access community resources.
- May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned.
