Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to collaborate with healthcare professionals in treating patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients, and maintain meticulous records to ensure safe, effective care.

Required is a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS certification. Prefer BSN, ACLS, and 1+ year of experience in nursing or related field.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
