Job summary

Atlantic Health, a leading New Jersey health system, seeks a Registered Nurse to collaborate with physicians and the care team in treating patients with diverse injuries and illnesses. You will monitor patients, administer medications, keep accurate records, educate patients, and coordinate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

Required include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Records patient vital signs and medical information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
