Job summary
Atlantic Health System is seeking a registered nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team in treating patients with injuries, illnesses or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients, and help maintain comprehensive records.
Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting vital signs, and ensuring timely communication with providers. Requires RN licensure and current ACLS/NRP/BLS certifications with a strong commitment to patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
- Administers medications and monitors patients for side effects.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors and records patient symptoms or changes in condition.
- Assesses and plans nursing care with the healthcare team.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
