The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will apply the nursing process, monitor patient conditions, document in EHRs, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes while upholding safety and ethical standards. BSN and active RN license are preferred, with potential unit float as needed.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the applicable state(s).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; coordinate with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation.
• Promote safety culture and adhere to ethical standards and department policies.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed to meet patient care needs.
