Job summary

Required MA RN licensure and registration, BLS, and unit-specific certifications. ACLS/PALS may be required in certain units.

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure and registration in MA.
• BLS certification required for every RN; ACLS/PALS in select areas as specified.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessments and develops care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
