Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification is required for every RN.
• ACLS certification required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification required in select areas within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegate appropriately according to job description and competency.
