Job summary

Lifepoint Health® seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Imaging Services team in Florence, Alabama. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care, performing assessments, identifying needs, and executing appropriate nursing interventions.

This PRN in-person role requires a current RN license, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school, and certifications in Basic Life Support and ACLS. Comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage and professional development opportunities, are offered.

How You’ll Contribute

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
