Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time position offers a 36-hour week, rotating weekends, and a pay range based on experience.

Sign-on bonus of $25,000 is available for NICU/ISCU experience. A current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification are required, with preferred BSN and ISCU experience. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA).
• Current IL nursing license.
• One year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred.
• NICU/ISCU experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU independently.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, 1900-0730, with weekend rotation
Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (requires minimum 18 months NICU/ISCU experience)
