Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join our patient‑centered team on nights. You will deliver high‑quality critical care, monitor unstable patients, administer treatments, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and support a compassionate care environment across our Russellville facility.

Qualifications

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred.
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the plan of care.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring complex, high-acuity care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their care experience.

What We Are Looking For
