Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Health System in Russellville, AR, is seeking a Cath Lab RN to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on cardiovascular procedures, patient assessment and safe, high-quality care in a collaborative environment. We value compassion, clinical excellence and teamwork.

Eligible candidates will have an Arkansas RN license (compact acceptable), BLS within 30 days, and an Associate degree; BSN is preferred. One year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from AHA within 30 days of hire.
• One year of cath lab or related RN experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas RN license (or compact) required; PSOR update if relocating.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care through cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Join our team in the Cath Lab where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RN's. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. What we are looking for:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.
