Job summary

Saint Mary’s Regional Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Cath Lab RN. This full-time day shift role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule, with emphasis on compassionate cardiovascular care and teamwork.

Qualified applicants will have an Arkansas RN license (or compact), BLS, and an Associate degree (BSN preferred). Experience in cath lab settings is desirable for delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• One year of previous RN experience preferred.
• Arkansas or compact state RN license required; if relocating, licensure must be updated to new PSOR.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients alongside the Cath Lab RN team.
• Assess patient needs and administer treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Deliver expert care during cardiovascular procedures in collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Support patient outcomes and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Work in a team-focused environment to maintain safety and quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.
