Saint Mary's Regional Health System in Russellville, AR, is seeking a Cath Lab RN to join a dedicated team. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, delivering treatments, and maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout cardiovascular procedures.

The position requires an Arkansas RN license (compact acceptable), BLS within 30 days, and an Associate's Degree (BSN preferred). Full-time, day shifts, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• One year previous experience preferred; Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and administer treatments in the Cath Lab.
• Provide expert care during cardiovascular procedures in collaboration with physicians and care team.

What we are looking for:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.
