Provide patient-centered nursing care while flexing across multiple units, including ICU and other critical care areas. Assess patients, manage care needs, administer medications, and monitor patient status to support safe, effective treatment.

Key Duties

• Assess patient needs and develop/implement nursing care in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications and perform clinical monitoring and documentation
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery guidance
• Support unit readiness and continuity of care in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered nurse with strong critical care knowledge and adaptability to multiple units
