Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced ICU RN for night-shift, full-time work. You will lead compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill patients and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Required BLS within 30 days and Maryland RN licensure; ACLS preferred.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation.
• Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.

• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience required
