Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care through daily bedside rounds and system-wide evaluations to address clinical, psycho-social, and ethical needs.
• Perform life-saving interventions and advanced bedside procedures, including complex catheter placements and airway management, to stabilize patients.
• Join a closed ICU team in a nonprofit health system with mentorship and training for advanced procedures.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 6 APPs
• Practice setting: Closed ICU
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Fellowship training in Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Deliver comprehensive critical care through daily bedside rounds and total-system evaluations, ensuring every clinical, psycho-social, and ethical need of the patient is addressed
• Perform life-saving interventions and advanced bedside procedures, including complex catheter placements and airway management, to stabilize and support patients in their most vulnerable moments

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
