Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Corporation in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in our ICCU and Medical/Surgical units. You will work with patients of all ages using the nursing process to coordinate care, communicate with families and coordinate with physicians.

The role requires MN RN licensure and CPR upon hire (or within 6 months). TNCC is preferred, with orientation to follow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing with Minnesota licensure.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification upon hire or within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or inpatient nursing trauma course within 6 months from orientation end.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process to prescribe, delegate and coordinate care.
• Supervise patient care and secure cooperation from others; communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
