Job summary

State of New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton, NH seeks Registered Nurses I–III for multiple full-time shifts. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and a weekly stipend are offered.

Positions include 2nd and 3rd shifts, with every-other-weekend schedules. Responsibilities cover nursing care, medication administration, and care planning for residents in a long-term care setting. NH RN license required with CPR and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• RN I: Graduation from a recognized nursing program with clinical experience in medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatric nursing.
• RN II: Graduation from a recognized nursing program with clinical experience in medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatric nursing.
• RN III: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, human services, psychology, or a related field; or Associate’s degree with two years’ RN experience; CPR certification; NH RN license; specialty certification for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• RN I: Applies nursing process, monitors and reports residents’ condition, coordinates with care team, and ensures CPR competency.
• RN II: Implements treatment plans, coordinates with providers, delegates tasks, dispenses medications, and maintains CPR competency.
• RN III: Develops individualized care plans, mentors staff, oversees medication administration, and ensures comprehensive care and CPR competency.
