Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor health conditions.
- Provide direct care in a safe, clean, and enriching environment.
- Follow care plans and document care provided; report changes promptly.
- Mentor new nursing assistants and support team members as assigned.
- Support infection control protocols and maintain equipment and supplies.
