Job summary

The State of New Hampshire is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN I and LPN II) for part-time positions at the Veterans Home in Tilton, NH. Positions involve nursing care, medication administration, and care planning under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized LPN program approved by the NH Board.

Responsibilities

• Document nursing care and update care plans; monitor progress.
• Administer medications and note effects to prevent polypharmacy.
• Supervise nursing assistants and rounds for quality of care.
• Communicate with physicians and provide support during visits.
