State of New Hampshire—New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton, NH—seeks RN I-III for Weekend Baylor roles on 3rd shift. The position supports nursing care, medication administration, and care planning for residents in a long-term care setting.

RN I–III require NH RN license; CPR certification; experience in residential or long-term care. Weekend schedule: 7pm–7am, with Friday-Sunday or Sat-Mon options.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required for RN duties.
• Experience in residential, nursing home, long-term care, or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to RNI/II/III scope in a long-term care facility.
• Administer medications and oversee care plans per policy.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to meet residents’ needs.
