Qualifications

  • Graduate of a state-approved professional nursing program.
  • Nursing diploma or degree as required by the role.
  • Oklahoma RN licensure or compact license required or in process.

What You' ll Do

As a Registered Nurse I, you' ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while following hospital standards and unit policies. Responsibilities include:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Medical Unit Location
  • Provide nursing care based on each patient' s age, condition, cultural needs, and psychosocial factors
  • Monitor patient condition and progress toward established goals
  • Accurately document assessments, treatments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and ongoing care
  • Coordinate referrals and resources to support successful patient discharge
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Organize and prioritize patient-care responsibilities
  • Exercise appropriate independent clinical judgment
  • Participate in continuing education, in-services, and performance-improvement activities
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with patients, families, coworkers, and hospital leadership
What You' ll Need

Education

  • Graduate of a state-approved professional nursing program
  • Nursing diploma or degree

Licensure

  • Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License OR Valid Multi-State/Compact RN License

Experience

  • Up to 6 months of related nursing experience New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
