Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift, full-time. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a high-acuity ICU, delivering safe, evidence-based interventions for seriously ill patients.

Requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure, BLS within 14 days of hire, and ACLS. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to prioritize needs and coordinate care,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification.

The Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
