Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for the day shift on a full-time basis. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and ensure safety and quality outcomes across the unit.

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Oklahoma RN license is required; BLS within 14 days of hire and ACLS certification are also required to perform direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

The Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
