Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando is seeking a House Supervisor RN. You will coordinate and supervise hospital operations and patient care, acting as a patient/family advocate while ensuring privacy and high-quality services.

The role requires strong leadership in acute care, bed management expertise, and a commitment to staff collaboration to deliver safe, efficient care for diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• 3+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider card required within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS or instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a House Supervisor RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will proactively coordinate and supervise the hospital and patient care services.

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
