Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care within our facilities in the United States. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to deliver nursing care using the nursing process, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork in a warm environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and development within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment; CPR certification.
• Position available to residents of the United States only.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as needed.
