Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurses. You will support clinical teams, administer medications, perform assessments, and promote optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care for underserved populations, adherence to policies, and participation in training opportunities. PRN Nights on 12-hour shifts are available in this US facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN license in state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs in consultation with Charge Nurse(s).
• Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests as needed.
• Assist with medical or minor surgical procedures and document nursing encounters.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel.
