Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across our facilities. You will work under the Charge Nurse to implement care plans, educate patients, and coordinate with the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care for underserved populations, autonomous practice within a warm team environment, and ongoing training opportunities to support professional growth in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory meetings/training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as needed.
