Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active registered nurse license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individualized treatment programs with input from Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate updates to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
