Job summary

Grammar LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Home Health) to deliver in-home nursing care to patients in the Hershey area. The role requires you to hold PA RN licensure, an associates degree or higher, and thorough knowledge of home health protocols.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with flexible schedules, travel reimbursement, a comprehensive onboarding program, and full benefits. A $10K bonus is paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PA RN license.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1+ year RN in Home Health preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Travel within the local area to patient locations.
• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program.
• Support patients with health maintenance and care coordination.
• Flexible full-time schedule; Monday–Friday with minimal weekend shifts.

Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• an RN role (1+ years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

Overview:

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of PA
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
